Our History

Quality was the #1 priority in 1926 when our grandfather, Ulysses S. Thompson, sold his first monument and it still holds true today through three generations of family tradition.

Our father, Finley Thompson, began working the monument business with his father in 1966. He gained a wealth of knowledge, experience, and know-how in his over 30 years of producing family memorials. His son, Kevin, and wife, Michele Thompson, continue the tradition of helping families.

Our History

Our Team

Kevin Thompson has 32 years of experience and knowledge of Jewish Traditions. Kevin provides design, carving, selling, and setting services.

Michele Thompson has been with the company for 18 years. Her experience provides an individual touch to help families with creation of a lasting tribute to their loved ones.

Here at Thompson Plageman Memorials, we are proud to produce memorials of distinguished quality and lasting beauty.

Our Process

We would love to meet with you to design and create a lasting memorial for you or your loved one. Using only the highest quality materials and a double-processing technique, our monuments are built to stand the test of time and celebrate life for years to come.

All of our memorials are crafted in our shop, including layout design, carving, and inscribing. We create single-monument, double-monument, markers, slants, benches, urns, and more.
